Dating Hints

I have been taking a look at party supplies lately. Everyone at the children’s school has had really good birthday parties and I am thinking that I need to do something equally good.

It is really hard to know exactly what to do as the children have an idea about what they would like and I have a different idea! I have at least agreed a theme with them and therefore have been buying cups, plates and a table cloth so that I can get organised a little bit. We have also been deciding on games and thinking about things to put in party bags. My son is convinced that he wants birthday hats but not the really cheap ones that you can easily get and so I have been searching around for novelty hats. There are a lot of good ones around but some of them are rather expensive and I am not sure what all of the children would like to wear. I am wondering whether to make it a ‘fancy hat party’ so that I do not have to end up buying them all but I am not sure how well that idea will go down. I guess I will have to keep on thinking.
